We actively seek out partners with specific expertise and best practices who are willing to work with us collaboratively to undertake, develop, deliver and maintain programs and services that benefit our communities.

When New Age Ministry looked for a partner to develop and collaborate on a mentoring program we looked to the organization with a solid record of accomplishment, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halton and Hamilton. They have a comprehensive infrastructure for supporting mentorship partnerships: detailed legal screening of mentors to ensure child safety; a broad network of professional staff supporting mentors and volunteers; systems for selecting, approving and supporting volunteers; referring families to agencies that provide other services if required for the mentee and their family.

Our collaboration means we have access to a partner that provides us with solid infrastructure; practices and processes that allows us to develop and deliver our program in a timely and cost effective manner.
